Refunds & Returns
At KokoonX ApS we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you regret your purchase or want to return a product, we make the process simple and transparent.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item. The right of cancellation applies if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received.
How to return an item:
- Contact us via email at info@kokoonx.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the item in the original packaging, if possible, to the address we provide.
Refund:
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days . Any shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange for another item, please contact us via email so that we can reserve the desired item for you.
Complaint:
If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at info@kokoonx.com with pictures and description of the problem. We will offer prompt repair, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
