Shipping Policy

At KokoonX ApS we strive to deliver your products quickly, safely and reliably. We ship to Denmark and the rest of the EU with recognized shipping companies, so you can always track your order.

Processing time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.

Delivery time:

Denmark: 2–4 business days
Other EU countries: 4–7 business days

Shipping costs:

Free delivery is available on all roof tents and larger camping equipment unless otherwise stated. Smaller accessories may have a flat shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.

Shipping tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package all the way.

Delays:

We always do our best to meet delivery times, but delays caused by shipping companies or customs clearance may occur. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Damaged package:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kokoonx.com with pictures so we can assist with a quick solution.
